IRAQ 10 Dinars P81 1992 issue only banknote of SADDAM UNC condition with lithograph printing and the rarest among all the notes from his portrait,bearing the picture of SADDAM Hussein and statue of winged beast from the palace complex of Sargon II in Khorsabad on back.All Saddam notes are withdrawn from circulation effective January 16,2004,these notes were printed in CHINA.
