LITHUANIA 10 Cents P29a 1991 FIRST series UNC banknote “without usual 3 lines of texts and with GREEN serial number instead of black”issued in limited quantity,after independence from Soviet Union,bearing the picture of plants and Horse on back.(Lithuania joined EU in 2004 now uses Euro).These banknotes will appreciate in value once these are all gone.
